Alignement Laser
Laser Alignment
Ronor uses the most advanced laser technology for precision alignments, which are carried out by its specialized engineers. This results in an extremely high degree of accuracy and is achieved in a much shorter time than conventional methods such as dial indicator alignments. If for some reason laser technology is not suitable, Ronor then resorts to theodolite. This equipment is specifically used when distances are greater than 3 meters or depending on the environment.
Ronor can also, during an alignment, take into account thermal offsets if these are communicated to it.
In addition, some shaft lines may be perfectly aligned at rest and present a misalignment when the machine is loaded. This is the case, for example, of a chassis that is too lax or a structure that is too flexible. Similarly, poorly positioned or poorly calculated vibration dampers cause a similar phenomenon, which can be highlighted by vibration analysis.
Main advantage
Limited wear of machine components and extended life cycle – Better machine performance (reduced power consumption) – Noise and vibration pollution reduced to an acceptable level.
